Very clean! Spacious room. Nice mattress, nice pillows (two: one semi soft, one a bit sturdy). Great shower. Cable TV. Perfect fresh air circulation. Lots of facilities. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions. The hotel is located right next to the south national palace museum. The hotel offers many kids friendly activities.

The location is very central, 900m from the Chiayi station where we arrived and were supposed to take the bus to Alishan the next morning. Just one night in Chiayi and the hotel offered more than what I expected. Everything was perfect. Good breakfast with good coffee. Just one stop before we head to Alishan, but it was the most spacious room in my whole Taiwan trip with reasonable price.
