Special request was to do something special for the honeymoon couple. Room was upgraded on arrival, they were also given a complementary couples neck and shoulder massage and later in the week also a complimentary snack trya at the pool. 5 Stars does not even being to rate the staff and establishment. Booking Kupaga has been the best decision for our holiday. The hotel is located right in front of the stunning Jambiani beach. The room is big, very comfortable and clean (pictured: room view). The food at the restaurant is great. And last but not least, every single person working in the hotel, from the restaurant staff to the manager Charlotte, all have gone above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you! Savera was 10/10!! We booked the beach front bungalow, and it was absolutely amazing! This boutique hotel only has 8 rooms, and 4 of them are beach front, so make sure you book one of them. The whole property is sandy, beautiful and has a really cool beach vibe. Their staff is everything, we felt at home during the whole stay, everyone has a smile for you at all times. Stela welcomed us with fresh fruit juice and Deo showed us everything we needed to know. Their restaurant is very little, but very good! John & Rama were really friendly and respectful at all times. Always playing nice music too. The beach is at your footstep! And basically, we had it to ourselves. We left early on the last day, so we missed breakfast, but they packed it for us to have it on the way. Very nice of them! Big thanks to everyone, and specially to Deo, the manager, who was always reachable for anything we needed. If you are looking for peace & quiet, this is the place. We had a very beautiful & relaxing stay.

We really regret not staying here longer – we actually enjoyed it much more than in Nungwi. Beth is an amazing host, and her hospitality made our holiday truly special. The place is new and continuously being improved. When we booked, the pool wasn’t even built yet, but by the time we arrived, it was ready. The staff are extremely kind, and the food is delicious – the chicken shawarma is a must-try! Beth also helped us with everything, from airport transfer to programs, and always replied instantly. In terms of value for money, this was the best place during our whole Zanzibar trip. Prepare for an authentic experience – if we return to Zanzibar, we will definitely come back here.

A peaceful and welcoming town with a strong sense of community and a safe, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a peaceful part of town, where there were noticeably fewer street vendors selling beads and souvenirs compared to other areas. This made the atmosphere even more calm and relaxing, allowing us to fully enjoy the local charm without feeling overwhelmed.

If you have only stayed at Sheraton, Marriott, Ritz, King George or similar hotels - this is not your place. But if you are looking for clean beaches, clear sea, delicious food, peace, close contact with nature, friendly and courteous staff - this is it. There are many bars and small restaurants along the coast that offer a variety of food. In addition, in the town (of course African) you can buy products that are very fresh, and the people are friendly. Here you can buy handmade jewelry and souvenirs from the local population and the Masai.

Jerry is a wonderful Location next to the beach. We stayed there for 4 days and enjoyed it The staff was very helpful and supportive. The rooms are nice and clean. And Jambiani is a nice and quiet place to stay. Next time I would go there again.

beautiful beach!!!!

beautiful beach!!!! However not the best beach for bathing because when is lower tide you simply have to walk to much for a swim. beach in the north are better if you have kids. Much more quiet than Page and less windy as well. Very safe neighborhood with nice restaurants.

Its a remote beach far away from the airport, it took me 1:30 hours to reach, and with a late flight u reach a gost city, no place to buy a sim card, to exchaeg money, taxi drivers are like sharks, the road is narrow, not lit, not fully paved, my old taxi driver did an accident, the beaches are amazing, great white sands, cool lovely waters, but tides are very low and high over the same day. 50 meters away from the beach and you are out of the paradise into a nondeveloped village, prices are as high as euorpe and the service quality is almost nil.

Loved that the beach was a little quieter ...and that the locals can still have access to the beach and to farm and fish...We ate at local restaurants(Phishie) and their food was great...also the street food in Paje beach.People are super friendly and helpfull...Easy to get around..used the picky picky motorbike taxi's...lots of fun!! We enjoyed the traditional sail boat experience..and the snorkeling was fantastic.Our stay was to short would have loved to go back and experience a little more of what Zanzibar has got to offer.h

Clean, quiet, and very welcoming Our stay at Two Palms Hotel in Jambiani was excellent. The rooms were impressively clean – probably the cleanest we’ve ever had while traveling. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and felt fresh. You can tell a lot of care goes into the upkeep. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The location is peaceful, just a short walk from the beach, and perfect for relaxing. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and a calm atmosphere.

Our room was recently remodeled, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed, offering both beach and pool view. The on-site restaurant serves delicious, well-prepared dishes for a great value, and the happy hour cocktails are a definite highlight. The nearby Jambiani village is safe to explore on foot, offering a glimpse into authentic Zanzibari life, with friendly locals and small artisan shops.

Breakfast was ok, but service was outrageously slow. Same at lunch and same at dinner. we went to several local restaurants and the service was equally poor. Location was great and the beach at Jambiani is idyllic. Long walk to get to water at low tide! There is a massage parlour at the hotel and the service provided by the staff is really good and great value for money at buy three , get two free (150USD)

This hotel is a hidden gem in Jambiani. The staff went the extra mile with us. They were very friendly and attentive. We felt at home during our stay. We were lucky to be the only guests due to low season so we could enjoy the swimming pool and the beach by ourselves. The food is quite good and the location is great! Highly recommended!
