The room and the washroom were cery clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free shuttle tranaportation is always a bonus. The staff was very patient and friendly. Very considerate of travellers needs (saw the driver helping other passengers).

Perfect location near to the airport, nice reception team and friendly, the have free transportation to the airport, free drinks (water, coffee & tea) all time in the lobby, near to shops etc.. I very recommend it.

Room and comfort: I stayed in a which was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable with good linens, and the desk setup was practical for occasional work. I appreciated the blackout curtains, which helped with the early morning sun. Minor drawbacks included occasional hallway noise and a slightly compact bathroom; neither issue ruined the stay, but they’re worth noting if you’re sensitive to sounds or prefer more space. The Wi-Fi worked well for streaming and video calls, which was important given my travel schedule.

Great breakfast, quite and clean rooms & far enough away from the airport so no aircraft noise , modern rooms with plenty charging options for electronics, good for a peaceful layover, shuttle service leaves on the hour

Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator when we checked in Saturday evening. Bed & bathroom were clean bed the carpet made out socks brown. Exposed pipes on the walls in in the sitting room and bedroom. Heater was messed up: there was heat blowing out the front but AC blowing out the top. Very glad we only had to stay the one night.

We enjoyed the overall town.

We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

The Hotel is good value for money especially for families. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and coffee is available 24/7 for guests. The free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The room is spacious and very quiet. The main drawback is the location that is far from everything even the airport. If you rent a car it is not a big deal as parking is available on-site but without it, you would have to rely on the shuttle to get to the airport and then to downtown from the CTA. Otherwise, a decent hotel for the price.

Everything was excellent from the arrival the room was very comfortable good environment for children several cartoons I have stayed in other hotels and they don't have TV for children or you have to pay extra food for all tastes.
