We went to Lucky Fish for dinner and had the most amazing view from the bar. The weather was just gorgeous. Afterwards, we walked on the beach which was a beautiful white sandy beach. The waves were coming in and the sound was just so soothing.

The location, can't beat that.

The location, can't beat that. It's also very close to the FLL airport, the food in the area is great. Movie theater is right across from the Hotel that you can walk and be there in 3mins. Rooms also cater for a family of 4 easily. Some privacy in the room because of the set up with the spacious living room style area.

I will not recommend this hotel to nobody.

I will not recommend this hotel to nobody. I never experience this kind of service. Everything stay dirty in the rooms I ask for help in the front desk no one seems care. Nothing as done, to be honest it’s not a place to stay for the asking price. A motel does better than that. Overall you use Marriott name that’s ridiculously bad for Marriott.

At 12am midnight of my one night stay, I discovered small...

At 12am midnight of my one night stay, I discovered small roaches in the room. I informed the front desk who didn’t seem surprised. They told me that they were all booked and could not put me in another room so I left and spent the night at the FLL airport instead waiting for my flight. I did not sleep. At 9am the next day, I received a message from the manager stating they had refunded me $22.50. I was outraged. I was expecting a 50% refund since I still had 11 hours left on my reservation. After a series of messages with the manager and dodged calls, the manager informed me that the room was inspected and “nothing found.” He mentioned again that my $22.50 refund was processed and stated that I received an early check in for free, insinuating that they had done enough. Then provided me with an incorrect number to the corporate office.

For a quick overnight stay to travel to the airport it’s perfect. Complimentary shuttle service to the airport is appreciated. Hotel needs cleaning especially the hallway on the 2nd floor. The bathroom, which is at the entrance greets you with an odor that is despicable.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The airport pickup service was extremely delayed and lacked professionalism. The staff handling the service were unresponsive, often failed to answer calls, and were rather discourteous. The room itself was not up to standard—there was an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. I had only planned to stay briefly to rest for the night, but even for a short stay, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Check in was easy. The property, though very clean, was a bit disappointing for the price of the room. We paid for breakfast separately and this was hot, quite varied and tasty. Hotel is located near to food outlets and a large outdoor Mall is within walking distance. We were able to book transport to the Cruise Port from the hotel.

Firstly, I was disappointed on arrival at Hyatt Place that I was told that there was no room for me there and that I have to go to the hotel on the opposite side of the street which was Hyatt House. No satisfactory reason was given. To be fair, Hyatt House was not bad though the breakfast provided was just fair.
