We are over the moon about our stay! Even before we arrived I received a call to correct my room booking which I had made a mistake on and also had to make some additions that I was unable to make on my booking. Adnan was just so incredible and corrected everything even before we had arrived. We so greatly appreciated it because we flew red eye flights from Canada and were exhausted when we arrived and we arrived to a perfect room that exceeded our expectations with such a comfortable bed and pillows. All we can say is ONE MILLION THANK YOUS TO ADNAN! The restaurant staff were also amazing especially Tini and David were so kind and wonderful with our son! The housekeeper Lina made such a pretty little heart on the bed our son was just delighted. The food was really great so many amazing choices for us and our son. We also loved having the fruit infused water to fill our cups with every day! We are sorry we didn't get to say goodbye in person but we will hope to come again for sure!!

Nice hotel, well decorated The room was very specious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good , it comes in tge shape of a menu and you pick a dish. Great pool, very clean and was open til a late night hour.

Everything! Couldn’t fault this hotel Lovely welcoming entrance and reception Friendly and helpful staff Rooms beautiful. Lovely decor Bathroom very bright and new Beds very comfy. Nice pillows We ate at the restaurant in the evening. Food was really nice and health conscious!!!

Spacious two room suites with large bathroom. Very friendly staff. Well maintained clean and nicely furnished general area's. Inhouse easy acessable parking. Free drinks and snacks at Happy Hour. Absolutely great complementary breakfast. Better then anywhere else with lots of choices and a chef attending to your special wishes for omelets or fried eggs. We have traveled the Southern US for 7 weeks, seen lots of hotels, but this was the best. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. You can walk all around the lake or take the complementary free authentic Trolley to the Woodlands Mall.

The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.
