The front desk staff was amazing! I didn't ask for names but especially the receptionist that was working at night (male) was just the nicest! The hotel lobby and bar area are very pleasant and well decorated. The rooms are very clean, spacious and overall just have everything you may need!

Friendly unfussy service at check-in and throughout the stay. I enjoyed the breakfasts which were a pleasant crossover between American and continental style. Relaxing and homely decor. Very well situated in Summit, within easy walking distance of the NJ Transit station for frequent trains to NYC. Summit itself is a lovely town.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Westfield and very close to the train station. It is an excellent place to stay without a car. The breakfasts were good and staff member Wendy was unfailingly cheerful early in the morning or late in the day when on reception. Other members of staff on reception were outstandingly helpful.

We enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed our stay there. We sometimes travel to New Jersey for a family function and have had trouble finding a facility wr were happy with . The Kenilworth satisfied all of our requirements. We will definitely make this our go to for family events.

Checking in and out was extremely fast and easy. The receptionist was wonderful, and was more than happy to adjust our booking to a later check out. The room itself was as advertised. Large size room, with a super comfortable large bed.

Just do not go there. Worst experience ever.

Just do not go there. Worst experience ever. But room are clean … The shuttle experience is a huge mess with waiting time more than an hour spent at the airport, no shuttle next morning even if they took more than 20 min to scheduled one, no help for anything, no bills at the end either by computer or paper even when I asked etc No place to eat

The Acme grocery store next to the Kenilworth hotel is excellent. People seemed to be very friendly. I needed to pick up some items from the Walmart about 2 miles away, easy drive, and it was a great experience. Easy drive, and very helpful and friendly employee at the pickup area.

This was my second stay at The Kenilworth Hotel, and once again, it was absolutely fantastic. I came from London a week early to cover a wedding and spent two wonderful weeks here with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the housekeepers were respectful and hardworking, and the 24-hour coffee machine was a lovely touch. We especially enjoyed the delicious cooked breakfasts and the comfortable rooms. Great location, great service — I’ll definitely be back again!

Booked the room because flight got cancelled. Staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel hallway is a bit old, but overall is fine. The hotel offers shuttle to and from Newark Airport on a fixed schedule, but they also offer free Lyft drive to the airport if the guest need a ride outside the time frame.

It is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Friendly and helpful personal, clean room, classic wooden furniture, big window with good view, huge bathroom, comfortable big bed, coffee machine in the room... I really enjoyed the time I have spent in the hotel!

The room was spacious, clean, staff were friendly. Food in restaurant was average. Have not been able to get a receipt for my stay though as unusually The Kenilworth say I must obtain from Booking.com and Booking.com say obtain from the hotel.
