Loved Sloppy Joes. We took a sunset cruise on the Commotion on the Ocean, sooooo much fun! Rented a golf cart to get around. took in many shops. Place is life changing.
Place is life changing. There’s not as much hate, more unity between people as a whole. Lots of history, LOTS of drinking. Fat Tuesdays and hogs breath saloon are great. Katie’s was great for brunch. Key West is what you make of it, it offers something for everyone, whether you want shopping, the infamous Duval crawl, or just going to the beach or to indulge your interest in history at the various parks, it's all there. Take a bicycle, parking is tough. Key West is a fun stop for families or just couples looking to get away. WE stayed away from down town.
WE stayed away from down town. I know a lot of people want to be in the crowd. but for us the quiet in the evening was great. The people we met were all very nice and welcoming, even giving us suggestions on places to eat that we might not have thought about because they were not on Duval St. We really enjoyed the trip to Sunset Key and dinner at Latitudes to watch the sunset. The staff is friendly, helpful and descreet. Delicious breakfast, nespresso cafe with a great number of coffee capsules as well as huge parking are included in price.
