We received a lovely welcome from the lady at the desk on check-in, where advised of everything the lodge has and what there is in Sedona. The suite was great! Spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy parking right outside and the area seemed nice and quiet. The staff were lovely and made out little boy VERY happy. He left his sleep teddies in the room when we checked out but when I went back a day later, they were there behind the desk waiting for him. He was delighted….THANK YOU!!!

Can't ask for a better location. Million dollar view. Trailheads start right at the door and you don't need tondrice to the parking ( usually full ) King bed was super comfortable Reception was helpful in suggesting places to have supper and her recommendations were excellent.

The place was lovely but the front male desk staff on his old age does not accommodating to me when l asked if l am booked in on that day and rudely answered me. Plus he gave the wrong keys or issued the room twice for their children instead of the room for themselves as husband and wife.
