Room: Very spacious and clean. Location: Amazing! Very close to the center, beach, cafe/restaurants. Parking: Specific rooms have a parking place, others don't.

This is a lovely old hotel with a homely feel. The pool looked good but the weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use it. The location is excellent, right in the middle of lots of lovely shops, bars and restaurants. We visited the Hogs Breath which has a buzzy, fun atmosphere.

In close proximity to Point Lobos State Park, and short distance to Big Sur, this hotel offers relaxing activities and exploration of the California coastline.

It was a great stop for us as we were otw from Napa Valley heading towards Malibu. We had a good rest and we enjoyed Carmel town and it's beautiful eateries and stores. Everything we needed was nearby eg gas station and eateries

I really liked that there is a separate exit to the patio, which has a hot water jacuzzi and a swimming pool. The Jacuzzi was hot even at 2 am which made us very happy. There were also many sun loungers on which you can lie down and sunbathe. The room was very clean and there were enough towels, a working coffee machine and a huge very comfortable bed and a lot of pillows. Cozy room, we really liked it.

Delightful. Front office staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. We enjoyed complimentary wine, cheese and fruit in front of the outdoor fireplace. The room was warmed by a fireplace and the soft warm robes were a treat. A basket filled with breakfast items was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Inge was lovely and helpful during our stay. The inn was very conformable and close to downtown. Whole place was beautiful and had such great character. A great place to stay in Carmel!

The room is spacious, facilties are generous. The staff wire accomodating, although you have no one to contact after their closing time. There was a number we can ring to, but we did not get any answer from them either! The area is perfect. The restaurant is just a stonés throw away. The moon beach is just across.
