Super hosts. Marc was very helpful. The apartment was really big and comfortable, in a quiet street and we had everything we needed. Easy to self check in. We stayed 4 nights. It was so much cheaper and bigger than anywhere we could find in midtown NYC. Kitchen was fully fitted.

He went above and beyond — arranging my taxi for an early flight, carrying my luggage to the room, bringing me extra water, and even taking the time to explain all the details about the food court and restaurant. The person at the front desk (I think it was the manager?) was super helpful that went beyond any expectations. I felt that I was treated like I was family. In fact, I'd say that I've never had a better experience with a hotel in my life, and I will be forever grateful for the kindness I received.
