Clean, modern, comfortable, well organised, great location. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! The help they gave us before and during our stay was amazing, helping with alternative numbers as our UK ones didn’t work, support for accessing the parking (after hours) just brilliant help and attitude to everything. We had the luxury one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom, big bathroom and even a washing machine and tumble dryer. The suite was furnished extremely nice and is very big. It even had a heated toilette😀. It was also within walking distance to the shopping area in Charleston. We had booked on an extremely short notice as our originally booked B&B was terrible.
