Very nice, modern, comfortable and clean room. It feels like it was renovated last week. I also happened to get a room on the 9th floor so the view was also great. The hotel is 200 meters from the station exit. This was a perfect stay and choice of hotel. I will choose the same hotel if I visit NY again.

    Proximity to my family. Access and availability to landlord. Although parking is free, neighbors usually park very close to the entrance of the driveway on this oneway street; making it more difficult for tenants to park without other drivers honking you out of the way.
