Very tastefully decorated - everything was beautifully done, including the porcelain in China at breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the quality of the towels were amazing. The shampoo and body lotion was great. It was absolutely a beautiful hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly, really great state. I only regret we didn’t have more time so we could enjoy it more. Breakfast was incredibly fresh varied and very high-quality products. Definitely the best breakfast we had in Uruguay . The hotel is located in the old town of the city where there’s a lot of culture, beautiful architecture, and great Wine Bar called VITIS. We walked around at night and had no problem and really enjoyed the authentic feel of this historical Neighbourhood.

We initially chose this hotel due to its perfect location - walking distance from the port, since we travelled by ferry, and fast internet. The internet speed was excellent, no interruptions. WiFi worked really well in our room as well as in the lobby. Upload speed was more than 40 mbps and download exceeding 30 mbps - webinars and video conferences worked really smoothly. The room was very comfortable, the view was enjoyable - we saw the rooftops and some ferries in the distance - thus we were able to do some shipspotting. We adored the fountain in the small garden - it helped us fall asleep and calmed us. In the morning, we were greeted by some beautiful birds, but they were quiet. TV has a large selection of channels, even English speaking ones. Breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! Every time there was a new element, the variety was incredible. We would like to thank the team for their hard work! There have always been plenty of wonderful fresh delicious treats that kept us full until evening. Moreover, there was a supermarket "Frog" just 10 meters from the hotel that accepted both dollars and pesos where we also found some tasty food. All hotel staff were very friendly to us - the gentlemen at the reception helped us a lot and the ladies who were administering the cafeteria and exceptional cleanliness in the hotel were very hospitable towards us. We will definitely stay here again!
