Modern new digital technology. lovely fragrance and the only hotel we came across with usb sockets which was useful Breakfast was good. Attentive and helpful staff and in particular the manager gave us a warm welcome! Beds were comfy and nice clean facilities throughout! Theres a fast food outlet next door which was very handy as we arrived from khiva rather late .. would definitely come again!

I stayed at Sapiens for a couple of nights, and overall it’s a really stylish, modern place with a great vibe. The design is clean and minimalistic, the rooms are super tidy, and the staff at the reception are genuinely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the rooftop bar is definitely one of the highlights — a cool spot to relax in the evening. But I do want to mention one negative experience. The security guy at the rooftop bar was really rude and impolite. The way he asked for the room card felt unnecessary and honestly didn’t match the hotel’s otherwise warm and friendly service. I would suggest assigning this check to the reception team instead — they already do such a great job and know how to handle guests politely. To be fair, when I mentioned the situation, the reception team immediately apologized and even reduced my fee, which I didn’t expect at all. It was a really kind gesture and shows how much they care about guests. Despite that one issue, I would still stay at Sapiens again — mainly because the hotel itself is lovely, the design is great, and the staff (except that one rooftop security guy) are fantastic.

Located in a leafy suburb of Tashkent with wide boulevards and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff were competent and quietly efficient. We had a deluxe room which was very spacious and well worth the relatively moderate extra cost. The breakfast was good as was the dinner we had from the restaurant via room service. This modern well appointed hotel is excellent value for money.

We had stayed at another branch of this hotel on the first day of our trip and were very satisfied, so we chose this one for our last night as well. The breakfast was genuinely very good, the room was warm enough, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and very new. The only issue is that the address listed on Booking is incorrect once that is updated, there will be no problem at all.
