I rarely give 10 points, but in this case I would give 15 if it would be possible :-) The hosts are simply incredible, I felt like with a family. They offerred me a lot of traditional Uzbek food for free, agreed to prepare me a dinner instead of breakfast as I left always very early. Really warm family atmosphere, traditional rooms with nice carpets. Wi-fi strong and working. They gave me a room already in the morning as I surprised them with early arrival, offerred me to eat with them. Maybe the house is not in the most central area and you have to walk 30 minutes to the nearast metro station, but buses are much closer and the ambience of the place is simply unbeatable. And for a fantastic price. If I come again, this will be my first choice. Thank you very much for a very memorable stay!

Modern new digital technology. lovely fragrance and the only hotel we came across with usb sockets which was useful Breakfast was good. Attentive and helpful staff and in particular the manager gave us a warm welcome! Beds were comfy and nice clean facilities throughout! Theres a fast food outlet next door which was very handy as we arrived from khiva rather late .. would definitely come again!

Spacious room, very very clean, big bed, amazing staff, rich and fresh breakfast. For breakfast there are many choices, foods are warm and there is tasty coffee from coffee machine. Reception and canteen staff is exceptionally helpful and hospitable. One of the best places I stayed in Uzbekistan. Strongly recommending.

A nice small, well-run hotel, fairly new. Friendly staff. Our twin room had 2 comfy beds. A French press for coffee was kindly provided. Good refrigerator. Pretty good location. A good large supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away. A metro station is about a 20-minute walk away. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Or a 2-stop metro ride from the train station.
