BRAND NEW hotel. Everything was new. Manager very young kid was very polite and helpful. Despite his age, he made our stay AMAZING. We loved that breakfast was brought to our room. Breakfast was really good and big. Staff really made their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great host, friendly, and dropped us off to the station at an unearthly hour for free, without charge. That should count for all the stars one can give. From the inside, the apartment is spacious and well fitted. The kitchen was tricky to operate due to a malfunction with the cooker. The apartment block is next to a major motorway crossing, so busy with over excited drivers, speeding like there is no tomorrow. It was dry, dusty, and a construction site for the local University buildings. So once this is complete and the back roads are tarmacked, it will be better. There are no lights in the building common areas, although Uzbekistan is very safe.

Great place to stay. Wonderful family.The best and cleanest place I stayed in Central Asia. Everything was great and good, very friendly, speaking English, Uzbek, Tajik and Russian.Excellent breakfast and different every day. On the last day, since I was leaving early in the morning, they prepared a rich breakfast for me in a lunch box. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I come to Bukhara. Gulnaraxanum is a cosy hotel located in the Jewish quarter in the heart of the city, with lots of restaurants and tourist attractions around. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet, with a great bathroom. The courtyard is amazing, too! Beds are quite hard though, but it’s the only minus-ish thing :) Samir is an extremely nice and helpful young man :) (Thank you again!) Breakfast was very tasty with large variety of local food. Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back when in Bukhara.
