The staff was very polite, the room was great, spacious, clean, WiFi in the room (some properties in the area struggle with this), everywhere in the facilities was possible to pay with VISA (which was next to impossible to find in Venezuela), all in all very great property and staff, felt like in Europe

Facilities were fantastic, gym and pool are excellent. All staff were great, reception staff super helpful. Would suggest to anyone with the budget. First time in Caracas and was pleasantly surprised. Extra points for stocking Auqa De Palma as the toiletries. Food was also superb.

I had a long layover nlbetwene the flights and wanted a place to leave my bag and relax before going back to the airport I had an amazing lunch, slept well and the airport transfer worked perfectly I had a small room without a window, but the room was very clean and the price was amazing
