I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. There was some construction in front, but no noise. I was expecting a regular hotel and room, as it is situated near an industrial zone, but the interior of the hotel and the comfort of the room really surprised me. The staff is also very nice, welcoming and helpful.

Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

Really enjoyed our time at Dancenter District 12 Near Quang Trung Exhibition Center Formerly Southern Star Hotel. Room layout was efficient and attractive. Security staff were professional and the controlled access system worked flawlessly throughout our stay.

Staffs super nice and helpful, they gave me tips on where to eat and also called me at exactly 6am as requested. Room looks like picture. Super close to my driving school so perfect location. Bed is hard since they follow the Viet style.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Lê Tân, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to patiently answer every question I had. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely attentive, and it made all the difference in my experience. The hotel itself offers fantastic value for money – the room was comfortable, breakfast was included and delicious, and the staff were unfailingly friendly. It felt like a place where guests really matter. That said, there were a couple of small things to be aware of: I had some trouble with my credit card being accepted during the booking process, and although you can exchange money at the hotel, they unfortunately do not accept Euros. Still, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place with great service at a fair price.
