Staff was amazing and made us feel welcomed from when arrived to when we left. Spoke fluent english and displayed fantastic customer service. Bell boy took our luggage to our room and also went through all the amenities with us as well. Room was modern and clean. Fantastic location.

I stayed at the mixed dormitory for three nights. The place is extremely customer-centric, with all the staff members, regardless of their shift hours, providing consistent attention to the occupants. The location is exceptionally clean, from the rooms to the common bathroom (I would say it's as clean as a 4 or 5-star hotel). It's conveniently located within walking distance of many tourist attractions and just a stone's throw away from the exciting parts of Little Tokyo. The atmosphere is quiet, and I believe it caters more to a mature crowd. However, I also shared the dorm with a few younger guys (in their early twenties) on the first day. This is not a party hostel. Nevertheless, from my experience, you can still make friends if you're willing to take the first step. I will definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again. The price point for the dorms I believe is worth the quality of service, that they are offering.

The Myst is a beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location in Ho Chi Minh. The design of the hotel is unique and extremely original. There is a lot of effort made to make your stay fabulous, from arrival where you get a welcome drink with little snacks and a cold towel to the little chocolate on your bed with a little card to a beautiful breakfast buffet and management checking if you are happy. The Myst ticks all my boxes of what a boutique hotel should be like, small property, beautiful unique design, great amenities, perfect location and service with a smile. Having worked in hotels for 15 years its difficult to impress me but the Myst really gets it right!

Beautiful room, exceptionally comfortable bed, heavenly bath and bathroom. All kept very clean daily, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous breakfast (homemade kombucha), superb massage. It was so good we plan on returning next year. We do travel a lot (for work mainly) so it’s always great to find something special.
