People were amazing, they helped us during the flooding in Ha Giang and let us stay there for free cause we were stuck. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night but they let us leave our stuff there for four days for free while we went on the loop adventure and they took care of us until the very end. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Really amazing experience with them. We didn’t go with them for the loop tour but we only heard good things from other guests

Great, the owner helps with everything(shame we didn’t meet him in personal). We rented a motorcycle there, they also arranged our retur to Hanoi. All without any issues.

not only the host gave us a great stay, what made the difference to all the rest of accommodations we've been to Vietnam is how helpful she was in helping organizing not just our cycling trip around Ha Giang, but also the one in the Mekong river later on. She did a lot of research for us, found the best deal for drivers and ensured everything went as planned until the very last moment. She was key to the success of our entire holidays in Vietnam, really grateful for all her help!

We loved the peacefulness of this bungalow. It was the perfect place to relax before and after the Loop. The hotel staff are attentive, they helped us with everything from organizing our bikes, providing local information to booking our bus back to Hanoi. They did quick laundry and we're also available to cook food. The facilities and pool were clean. We would definitely recommend it.
