The experience was so good that we (my partner and I) will even come back for 5 more days next week. Every single staff member was extremely kind and helpful. Seriously, there were truly amazing. And the owner, wow, such a lovely person. My partner and I spend a lot of time remote working from the hotel and he was super kind bringing us coffee, tea and etc. We were over the moon with the treatment we received. Cant wait to go back. And cant recommend them enough. Around the hotel there is a lot of options of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The amenities are great. Relaxing by the pool during our breaks was so cool and refreshing. Room was as great as advertised and super clean. Their great rating here on Booking is exactly what we found and we couldn’t be happier.

We were extreamly pleased with the Hotel as everything was above what we expected and of a high standard. From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally polite and went out their way to make us feel relaxed and comfortable, A special thank you to Trang and Linh two restaurant waitresses who were very polite helpful and some of the best I have seen in any hotel. Also the little girl in reception with glasses was more than helpful when we checked in as I had forgot my credit card but advised I could use my Apple Pay from my phone which solved everything . The restaurant was very clean well organised and had a very good selection of delicious food. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone as it is close to the beach in a quiet area and deserves its 5 star rating

The level of service was impressive. Security took out bags and brought it to reception immediately after we stepped out of the taxi. They gave us welcome drink, made early check-in even though we didn’t confirm it in advance. The room was clean and nice with the perfect view on sea and mountains. There is a great blend of tourists from various cultures including Russian, Korean, Chinese, American and more along with local residents who are enjoying daily life in this beautiful metropolis by the beach. I highly recommend Hot Springs I-Resort and Chuoi Spa, Moon Milk grocery, Grab for food delivery and ride service, and the beautiful beach and promenade.

Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

Do not take a ride in the Rickshaw as they dont tell u the price then tried to charge us 500000VND for a 10 minute ride. Make sure you have cash is king as we had issues with Wise Cards at some Atms Use grab Taxis much cheaper than one off the street

The villa is located in a safe place with an entrance guard, and the host is very kind and nice. I just asked for a day schedule for my family, but he arranged a day tour for us. Furthermore, he also helped us to buy fruits at a local market at a reasonable price that we paid. It was a blessing that I met the owner during this Vietnam tour.

We lived in a villa. I liked the privacy overlooking the forest. When we arrived at the villa inside, she was already with the conditioner on. Good noise isolation. Super wonderful breakfast. A huge area hotel with a large pool and its own beach.

For the price this is an amazing hotel! The location is fantastic and the rooms are clean and large. I was dubious as it was so cheap! But I was wrong to be worried.
