The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The bed was large and although it was firm it was very comfortable. I stayed with a group of 6 and they all agreed the bed helped them sleep better . The lady at the reception desk was very helpful and organised airport transfers.

excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

Conveniently close to the hotel, food venues around and 2 grocery stores if you feel like having a snack. Staff is an amazing family, they really help us when we need to print some documents. I am happy we booked with them. Breakfast is provided with Vietnamese and more Western options. Rooms are clean and include all of the basics to spend a good night 😴

A perfect stay near the airport. The hotel’s shuttle picked us up within minutes of arrival, which was extremely convenient. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and started early—ideal for early flights. We also booked a tour through the hotel, and everything was well organized from pick-up to drop-off. Fantastic value and great service. Andy was very nice and helpful, I will be back.

Very convenient for the airport, about 5 min by taxi, I was lucky to get a very large room on the first floor, since there is no lift. I also had meals and drinks there, food is acceptable , cant complain considering the prices! They let me check in early, which was very helpful!

Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

Such kind, friendly and helpful staff. I messaged them when I arrived at the airport for a taxi and the driver was there in 15 minutes Room is spacious, clean has all the amenities you need Laundry service was a great price 30k VND per kilo and they had it ready for me within 24 hours Comfortable beds and great shower They will arrange a taxi service for you to go to Hanoi old quarter at a brilliant price and also arranged for my pick up taxi to return to the hotel

Excellent location, 4 minute grab to T2 Hanoi Airport. We arrived late, the staff helped with all bags and took us to our room, which was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect hotel if you need somewhere to stay before / after a flight or onward journey. Extremely good hotel for the price we paid, highly reccomend. Well done HD House👍🏼

Very good hotel for one night close to the Hanoi airport. It was clean, the staff was friendly and even though we booked it last minute and had a very late check in (01:00 am), everything went smooth and uncomplicated.
