We loved this hotel. The level of service was excellent. Staff was super friendly and caring and they helped us with everything we needed, e.g. arranging a transport back to Hanoi and renting a scooter. They took very good care of us from the first minute we met and until the last minute we left. We definitely recommend this hotel.

the spa was definitely after a fogy day the right relaxing for us to calm down and regenerate. the personal was very friendly and looked all the time for a good service. there's a nice rooftop bar in addition. the location is also central. the room was very clean and the breakfast delicious the best thing for us were the beds, so smooth and confortable,we slept like babies.

IT was one of the best hotel we ever had. Very friendly stuf, comfortable room, very tasty food. They aranged for us 5* cruise in Halong bay for very good price. The pool is nice and warm. Definetely recommend staying here. We loved the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, stunning views. Service was impeccable, from the welcome tea to the buffet, it was completely perfect. Staff so helpful and they would assist to your needs immediately. Rooms were comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities you would need in a hotel. Toiletries, towels, room service etc. Huge buffet with a lot of choice from western to eastern kitchen, lovely. Nothing much else to add. Thank you for making our stay at your hotel perfect.

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks.

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks. Sapa is much busier than I expected, however exploring the town area itself was easy if you were happy to walk, with plenty of nice food options. The Hmong people are lovely , even if you don’t buy from them. Sapa needs to get rid of single use plastics to protect their environment before it’s too late. Fansipan is awesome, Homestay trekking was perfect with Sapa as a base

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at...

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at least an extra 2 days to see more. Sap was great for Fansipan the highest Mountain in Indochina, Cat Cat village, Moana Sapa and the culture. We had a herbal hot tub at one of the Spa places and it was a great experience, highly recommended as it is something you can't always do. We had the buffet lunch at Fansipan and we had dinner at the local night markets which was great. We caught the sleeper bus up and the sleeper train back down but the bus journey to the train station was a bit hectic. I think you can easily just use another sleeper bus to your next destination. Grab is so easy and cheap here.

Beautiful gentle people, lots of Hmong and ethnic culture. Would have liked to have taken the cable car to Fansipan but the weather was too cloudy. However, we took the train to the cable car station and spent 3 hours there. I have never seen such beautiful gardens with hydrangeas and roses and so many other flowers. There were fantastic village productions of the culture including dancing that should not be missed.

So much to do in sapa, really nice spot but would want good weather as it gets foggy and don’t see anything. Also bring warm clothes because you just never know and evening times are always colder. But overall a beautiful place to see

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan.

The best part being in Sa Pa is the trip to Mount Fansipan. We came in October and it was foggy the whole time. We did not see the view of the clouds because we were in the clouds I would say. It was still an amazing experience to reach the 'roof of Indochina' - twas mystical and spiritual for me. I was kind of emotional when the National Anthem of Vietnam was played during the flag raising at the summit. of all the restos we ate, we love Cozy Restaurant near our hotel. The flavors of the food were just right for us.

Trekking Sapa's guide Ly accompanied us on a 3 day trek through the mountain villages and at two lhomestays with local families. An amazing, authentic experience that has given us so many great memories. Highly recommend! Food and accomodation in Sapa before and after were great, town is very easy to walk around with cool lights around the lake and the many restaurants.

Hotel Legend is a rustic, mountain-style hotel, built mostly in wood, giving it a warm, Sierra Nevada-like charm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent, and the rooms are very peaceful with stunning views. They are spacious and thoughtfully equipped, with nothing missing. Mealtimes are also a highlight, offering delicious dishes—highly recommend the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were exquisite.

My wife and I stayed here for a night during our travels around Vietnam. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Julie even prepared a cake for us which was a wonderful surprise. The room was also decorated nicely too which was really lovely. The staff at reception were also very friendly and Lily made the check in process feel very easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.

Loved everything about this hotel. It's a little distant from the sapa town - you need to drive or take a taxi, but it's worth getting the absolutely best view you can imagine. By far, my best stay in Vietnam. Also, they have a local driver - Mr. Long, who is the coolest dude. He helped me a lot in addition to driving me around.

One of the most unique hotels I have been to in Vietnam. The view is amazing the breakfast is very very rich and the rooms are so clean and beautiful. They will take you to/from the city center every hour so no worry if it is a bit far it is worth it.
