Most comfortable family rooms on the island. Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms gets cleaned every day (and new towels and water). No fridge in room, but you can use the fridge in the kitchen. Friendly and fair owner that speaks good English. Nice breakfast for sale. Owner helps to book boat tickets. You can pay with cash or card for everything. Lots of monkeys around. Fun to watch, they don’t bother you. There was a storm coming when we visited (which meant no boats for one to two days) and he was very transparant about it and offered us to leave early and refund us or to stay longer with a discount. We stayed and enjoyed 5 nights on the island instead of 3. ☺️ You can rent motorbikes or explore by foot (no cars on the island). There’s a great beach (called XEP beach) 10 min walk from the hotel. The island is much cleaner than the mainland, the people look after it.

The best escape from the hustle and bustle in Hoi An you can imagine. Cham Islands is definitely worth staying over. We stayed 1 night, allowing us to have the beaches to ourselves after the day trippers left. Loved the laid back island life! It's the kind of place that is not totally ruined by tourism yet. Our host made us feel welcome immediately. She can arrange everything you need and is a great cook as well. We stayed 1 night, had dinner/breakfast/lunch, hired a scooter, borrowed snorkeling gear for free, and got to shower in the family's bathroom after check-out. The rooftop has a nice view over the harbour and should be great at sunset if there are no clouds... The host's honesty, service mindset, and authentic gratitude of having tourists over at her place is what sets this place apart. I already advised people on the boat on our way back to Hoi An to go back to the island and stay over. No need to look any further, just book here!

The owner is very helpful, you can get a ride on the motorbike to or from the beaches for 20000. Very good contact on whats up. He arranged the boat ticket, met me when the boat arrived and he also drove me back to the harbour after my stay. He let me stay a little after the check out time until the boat time without additional payment. He speaks decent english. Is is a simple standard, not for luxury travellers but you have everything you need. The water in the shower was hot and good pressure. I don't think room cleaning is included while you stay. No bugs or mosquitoes.

Family owned local homestay, made us very welcome. Great breakfast every morning, great food 1 minute away at Noms Restaurant, they got us a bike to rent and loaned us snorkels, would definitely recommend

Great Homestay for a relaxing break on Cham island. She helped us arrange ferry across to the island and answered all our questions. Very accommodating and we had a great meal there one evening. Best place to stay for a island getaway!

The property was perfect, as described. The setting was outside the main area and amongst the local people which was great. The locals were very welcoming and friendly. The owner communicated really well and Dung the young lady who looked after us was really supportive and helpful. We felt surrounded by nature and the beach was only 10 minutes walk away.

I loved it here, best homestay I have been too. The family were so sweet and welcoming. Genuine people who went out of their way to help. The location was awesome it was on the quieter side of the island and even the quieter side of the main strip in that section close to the temple which I loved. My room was lovely I booked the sea view room a bit more expensive but worth it. Two windows one sea view and a balcony. Aircon was working well and even had my own bathroom and shower. Overall 10/10 would stay again.

The snorkeling here is mediocre.

The snorkeling here is mediocre. The visibility is not very good, and the coral and fish are not worth the effort. The town itself is chill, but the food is not so special. Da Nang and Hoi An had better restaurants.

Booked 5 nights to relax but reduced to 3 as very little to do and lacking facilities for lounging on beach. Beaches were a hot walk away, with steep climb. Some nice seafront cafes - local, not Western.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it.

This is an island. There are no hotels and cars on it. Only guesthouses and bikes. Great nature and diving. You can drive up to the lighthouse, but circular movements around the island are now impossible, in several places there are collapses of stones. Look for guesthouses with fresh good reviews, they may not have a sea view, but there will be clean comfortable rooms. Good diving spots! 1-2 days is enough for the trip

It's a true homestay experience with a family.

It's a true homestay experience with a family. You get a unique glimpse into the local culture and the lives of the island's fishermen. Hiep is a fantastic cook, and they are both very kind and helpful.
