Staff was helpful. Although they did not speak any much English, they understood what was needed. Initially I was allotted a room which was noisy and when asked to change my room - they immediately obliged and shifted me to a lesser noisy room

Beautiful hotel, clean, new, very helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us, would recommend to any travellers. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety, beds comfy, great laundry room and spacious lobbies on each floor

The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated. Reception were super helpful in sorting out a couple of issues we had. The pool looked nice and is accessible 24/7 at your own risk because it's not supervised.

Staff were so friendly,food was delicious,the pool for a dip was outstanding after been going all day, having a drink outside at night was very relaxing,the room was in tip top condition and the water was always hot, I'd go there again without hesitation a beautiful hotel to relax in.

Amazing hotel, really great standard with friendly service and delicious breakfast. Tommy the beverage and foods manager always available for a nice chat and any assistance you may need. Also Phat and thong always available if you need them. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
