The hotel was placed a little bit out of the centre, where you can escape from the Chaos and the loud environment of Hanoi. The Hotel is placed at a Lake, on which we had an incredible view out of the room. The staff was super friendly and helped us in every situation.

Very friendly staff. We sent luggage here from HCMC and they collected and stored it for us. Very good communication when arranging this. Lily was very helpful and she informed us immediately when the bags arrived. Thank you Lily. The breakfast was very tasty.

The hotel is in a great location, few minutes walk to Old Town with lots of interesting shops around the corner from the hotel and on the stroll to town. It has a lovely pool, with sheltered areas. Huge room, comfortable bed, replenished water every day. The breakfast has every selection for a yummy start to the day. The Italian style food in the evening is fresh and delicious, we only had dinner once but it was a change from Asian food. This hotel was evacuated in the flood Oct 25, the staff were amazing in a state of emergency they were calm, efficient and the efforts they made ensured we were safe and as comfortable as possible. I sincerely hope that the staff realize the sterling job they did and feel appreciated.
