Owner/manager is super kind and friendly. They helped to arrange for transport to and from the airport, as well as to and from hanoi city. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The walls arent the most soundproof, but it is not too bad either. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here. It is a very comfortable stay, at is extremely value for money.

Very close to the airport, we had a very early morning flight and stayed in the hotel for only few hours. We booked the hotel to relax rather then relaxing on the airport.

Lovely staff, very polite and helpful. Room was clean and well soundproofed despite being close to the street. Perfect place to rest before an early morning flight. 5 minutes from the airport and they offer free airport shuttle service at any time. Well worth the price! Highly recommended

Really nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying here was 15 mins drive from the airport so perfect for an early flight, just be aware you will hear the planes at night.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy during my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transportation within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection of both local and international dishes, though I would have appreciated a bit more variety. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, although check-in took longer than expected.It’s a good choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price.

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only...

I didn't stay at this hotel to tour the local town, but only for convenience near the Hanoi international airport, because I had an early morning flight and was concerned about unpredictability of traffic from farther away. I did extensive search to find a place close to airport but inexpensive price and still good quality. The Family Transit Hotel in Thach Loi satisfied everything I was looking for, and was so much more in quality and customer service by the staff there. Personalized shuttle service from hotel staff got me to international departures drop off within about 10 minutes of when I came down to front desk to check out.
