Everything!!! Best location in Hanoi. Unbeatable price/quality ratio. Brand new rooms and elegant decoration. Afternoon tea and delicious varied breakfast. Above all, the wonderful, kindest and most helpful staff ever!! A very special mention for Ms. Lily who went beyond all expectations. Ms. Lily helped us to organize our trip and book tours and transportation even before we started traveling. I have never seen such an excellent and caring service and support. She made our trip very special and unforgettable. Moreover, we really appreciated the special decoration in our room and upgrade for our anniversary celebration. I recommend this hotel 100% and will not hesitate to come back.

I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi. The staff are absolutely brilliant, super helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to post something i needed posting on the day we left. They kept me updated until it arrived in Austria. The room was very nice, modern and clean. The hotel is located in the central of the oldtown, everything was perfectly in reach. But what I liked the most were the great employees: everyone was very polite and I always felt welcome. Aiden and Rosi were also giving me a lot of good recommendations for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Especially Aiden helped me a lot. She organized the whole transport to the airport, helped me with my luggage and even after my stay she was very helpful when I had forgotten something in the hotel. All in all very excellent service, thank you a lot. I am looking forward to come again :)
