This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious, clean and bright. Huge walk in shower with unlimited hot water and good pressure. Beautiful side view of city and mountains from balcony as rooms are on the 11th and 12th floor of the Centre Mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even the cleaners. I had a problem using the TV and messaged the hotel. Someone was at my door within two minutes to help me. The breakfast was plentiful in a large restaurant with floor to ceiling windows that overlooked a park. I got free use of a gym in the basement and a free ticket for a movie. I will definitely stay at the hotel again if I return to Gjokova, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from bus station.

I recommend this hotel 100%, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful, hotel was brand new, rooms were clean and the best part I enjoyed a cocktail at their hotel/bar, also it’s a super market close by open 24/7, definitely coming back, hopefully the prices stay the same.
