Very nice and helpful staff, especially Dalmat (I think I remembered his name correctly if not I am very sorry). Room was clean, renovated. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. Hotel is very close to the city centre.

We could not recommend this hotel more, the owner Berat was so accommodating, even upgraded us to a better room. Location was the best, with everywhere of interest walkable distance. Great breakfast, secure parking, balcony views, comfortable room looking out over the town. A fantastic stay.

Location close to the fortress,clean,the staff waited for us until midnight,they served 4 of us breakfast past the closing time they even went e brought a desired coffee from outside to fulfil our order,value for the money i will highly recommend and we will visit them again on the return journey

Great and very central location that is walkable to the city center and the ITP. The facilities are incredibly clean and the furnishings are new. Breakfast has a large variety of foods every day. Everything was absolutely perfect. Amazing room and incredibly comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and coffee sublime. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. A staff member even rode in my car in order to direct me to a parking lot!
