Hotel was incredibly clean and staff were great! My room was spacious and comfortable, and the city center was in close walking distance. Breakfasts were also fantastic, a real highlight of my stay! Overall, a wonderful hotel.

We spent one night in this beautiful hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. I read a lot of reviews here, including negative ones, and I just can't believe they are writing about the same hotel. Everything concerning this hotel was fabulous - the warm welcome of the always smiling staff, very nice room with a huge, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom, a big balcony where we enjoyed great coffee and tea, overlooking the main street. The pool and jacusi were just perfect - very warm, clean and without a crowd (we went there after an evening walk, and it was fantastic relaxation). But the best part of our stay was breakfast, with so many kind of domestic "bread" (including uštipci, pita od sira, kukuruza, etc.), with a huge variety of fresh and tasty food, and the best homemade cakes that one can imagine! So, we are coming back for sure, and we strongly recommand this hotel to anyone going to Pejë.

Location was the best in the city, close enough to all amenities, I enjoyed sitting in the room having my coffee and watching the world go by. Beautiful view of the City on one side and beautiful view of Rugova mountains on the other side. Being in central location, yet, very quiet at night, beds were very comfortable and sheets were crispy clean. The hotel is brand new, brick build and modern. Rooms were very spacious with modern furniture, impeccably clean, warm enough so I didn’t even have to put the heating on (being February) The Staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, always smiling and catered to our every need, they go above and beyond to please their guests. I ended up spending another night in Benelux and I’m happy to go back there when next time I visit Peja. Astrit also helped us with our bags to and from the car. There were nice restaurants nearby, Pascucci downstairs in the same building very good and modern restaurant also it’s worth mentioning a lovely family run restaurant just around the corner called Gega Family Grill house, absolutely fresh delicious traditional food. I am looking forward to visiting Peja again and I am definitely going to staying in Benelux. Massive thank you to Astrit and the team for your excellent hospitality, we had a delightful stay.
