The hotel is very well positioned with amazing views from the roo. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very polite and helpful. This was my first time in Clarens but I think the Protea Hotel is probably the best accomodation in the town.

We loved everything about the Stoke House! It is located a very short drive away from the center of town, so close to everything Clarens has to offer. We had the main house and a smaller room adjacent to the house. It was perfect for our group. The main house had everything you could need and perfect for self-catering. Lindsey was super easy to communicate with and she was very attentive during our stay. We collected the keys at the brewery and couldn't help but to try the local Clarens brew and have a meal at the same time. Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Stoke House on our future travels through Clarens and the Golden Gate Park!
