We stayed in a very spacious cottage with a terrace, fireplace, and a beautiful, private view. The location is peaceful and quiet—situated on a hilltop with an amazing view of the night sky. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and there’s a playground nearby for kids. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend joining the farm tour and definitely including both dinner and breakfast.

What an excellent idea to book this magical place for one night. Chris the owner, was in Heidelberg by chance, met us and drove ahed of us to the villa. He gave us a great tour around the large property, which was a good idea, because the weather turned for the worse and we wouldn't have seen these beautiful vistas on the day of departure. Chris told us that he and his neighbour take good care of these large parcels of land, which mostly remain off bounds to tourists, are kept in their natural state and all non-indigenous trees are being removed. Our grandkids loved the villa's music-room and the biljart table. We all enjoyed being in this quiet, peaceful property that was filled with the owner's pieces of art, gathered from all or the world. We really felt that we were staying in someone's private home instead of in a holiday rental. Of course, as always, the big mistake was ,only book it for one night...

Very convenient, on the main-but very quite, bed was def one of the most comfortable beds i slept on at Holiday/Guesthouses. Stayed here for the marathon, Would definitely stay here again.

The host Rona is so lovely, we felt so welcomed by her straight away. The cottage had everything we needed, a lovely shower and very comfortable bed. It is right on the N2 but you can’t hear it from the cottages at all. The farm is beautiful - we would love to stay here again!
