The location is second to none, incredible ocean and mountain vistas almost wherever you look, but what really made this experience something special are the staff, they are attentive, engaging and friendly. What a great place! Spacious room, very nicely decorated and with everything you need. An enjoyable addition was a pretty set of candles which could be used at the balcony to create romantic atmosphere. Everything very clean, spotless sheets and towels. We felt completely spoiled. Breakfast was not only delicious but also looked like a piece of art. We had to leave early to the airport the second time so we got the best breakfast package we have ever had. A big thank you to the lovely, dedicated hosts. Our stay at 65oncliff was like cherry on a cake for our stay in South Africa. We hope to come back during the whale season!

This hotel was so beautiful - the pictures don't do it justice! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, room has the most incredible view, rooms are clean and modern. Located opposite the beach where we watched whales and orcas. There is a quick hike to a cave a couple minutes drive away. About 10 minutes from town where there are a few restaurants and most activities (whale watching, shark diving etc). Breakfast was exceptional - warm options, great coffee and a great spread. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The view from the room was breath taking. You could even see whales in the sea. The interior design was so pleasant and local. The breakfast had so many choices. I stayed in the bedroom at the front. Although somewhat more expensive the view can be enjoyed from balcony, the bed and even from the bath. In front of the house is a walking path in both directions through the dunes. Restaurants are a view km by car.
