It is very cosy. Location wise was like a 10 minute walk to syngrou fix metro.There is a working kitchen where you can cook and a huge refrigerator. We were surprised by a Monday market nearby which sells local produce.

Fantastic, very spacious and modernly furnished, there is everything a tourist might need. Right next to the entrance there’s a bakery (delicious fresh bread), and a bus stop, from where you can easily get to the nearest metro station, or another district of Athens. Although the apartment is located on one of the main streets, it does not interfere with a comfortable stay at all. The bedroom is located in the back, away from the hustle and bustle, which allows for a good night's sleep. Comfortable king size bed, solid mattress. A small terrace on the side of the bedroom allows to even bask in the sun while maintaining privacy. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at the flat for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Dimitris was also very responsive, which made communication easy. The flat is in a nice building, and both the kitchen and bathroom are brand new. There’s a restaurant just across the street that stays open late — if you're sensitive to noise, earplugs might help, but we were fine. In fact, we had dinner there and loved it! The neighborhood has a great vibe. Great spots to eat around and underground and supermarket close by. There's also a beautiful sunset spot just 10 minutes away. If I come back to Athens, I would definitely stay here again. Efharistó!

Very beautiful and comfortable apartment, with two big balconies on both side for morning and night sun. Also very clean and nicely decorated, with everything you need to have a great time. Owner is also very helpful and trying hard to make your stay perfect by giving nice recommendation list and letting you early/late check in/out when possible etc. Over long time i can truly give 10/10! I visited Athens for a short business trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The apartment was not only brand new, stylish, and beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable and functional. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything I needed. Most importantly, it was right across from the sea. One of my favorite features was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, and the lounge area was the perfect spot to relax. But the true highlight for me was the balcony with its stunning sea view. Spending time there after work was incredibly refreshing and calming. What really stood out was the outstanding hospitality. Everything was smooth, professional, and thoughtfully arranged, making the entire stay completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Athens for business.

You are looking for the perfect apartment to explore and discover Athens? Here it is! Elysian Condo is in the heart of Athens, in the lovely district of Koukaki. Restaurants, Bars and shops are nearby. The apartment is spacious, very modern, wonderfully furnished and fully equipped. There are 3 good-sized double rooms, the beds are new and very comfortable. After exploring the city, you can enjoy a cozy evening on the balcony. The kitchen is top. Nearly all the sights are within walking distance, but if you prefer public transport - the metro station is only a few steps away. We were 5 adults and we enjoyed the Elysian Condo very much. I really recommend this wonderful apartment for a stay in Athens.
