Everything! It was so beautiful, great value. We loved it was a little out the way of the hotel zone so wasn’t as busy but still had coffee and restaurants nearby. The internet was great I was able to work from there a few days and take numerous calls. We have been moving every few days for the last couple of months and this place felt homely. The hosts were also great and responsive, we loved everything about it can’t recommend enough! Trying to figure out how we can come back to Tulum purely for this apartment!

We loved everything about this place! :) Apartament had everything you need even for a longer stay. Close to city center. Possibility to rent a bike. Numbers of taxi drivers provided. (No Uber in Tulum) Staff was very friendly and we appreciated fast communication via Booking app for any questions we had! :)

It’s a beautiful condo, just as advertised. Patio swing is cute but much less spacey than in the photos and absolute mosquito territory so we gave up on trying to use it.

The room was a great for us. Very Spacious & open. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals and it had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy - great internet & great sunsets from the balcony. There was a little bike rental place around the corner where we hired bikes to go down to the beach. There is also two supermarkets within walking distance. A fair few restaurants around as well. We really enjoyed it here.

The Condo was absolutely gorgeous and the team was super attentive and friendly. This place truly felt like our own private oasis and I wish we could have stayed for just a few more days. The beach and town center are a short ride away and all the new roads being paved have made it so much easier to get around compared to our previous visit to Tulum. We are looking forward to our next stay and will always check Ka'ana for availability first.
