The operational manager Mary was very accommodating and went over and beyond the expectations we had.She was all the way down there for us till we left and was always a phone click away in all our needs. It is near Mall of Asia, and easy to go by grab from Airport. I was transit and need to sleep. The owner and host fast to respond. All facility is clean and sufficient. They also already registered my stay with the reception so everything is fast.

Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy too! The location is just a stone throw away from the mall itself. Very convenient! And if you ran out of supplies when the mall is closed there are stores around that are open 24/7. The flat itself is rather cute and well kept. Very clean everywhere from the lobby, communal spaces and surrounding areas! The staff are always courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here. My in-laws were impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!
