Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. I very much appreciated the owner's courtesy and warmth while respecting my privacy. Couldn't fault anything.

Just outside the city. Quiet. Can hardly hear traffic. Close to Lotus and 7 Eleven. Not far from Sikarin Hospital. Half hour from the airport.

Very good value for money and very helpful reception staff.

The location was excellent, close to the mall and MRT station, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and neat with a modern minimalist design, great natural light, and a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there were convenience stores and cafés right downstairs， perfect for short stays.

Fantastic pool at the rooftop, right next to the apartment. Wonderful 270° view on Bangkok panorama from our room and the rooftop. Convenient place and comfortable beds.

This is a real gem in the city. It is an apartment (Thai style). So if you want to get away from the tourist hotels and the noise this is the place for you. The owner has transformed this apartment into what in English is called a studio room and what you see on Booking .com is exactly how it is. There is a small kitchenette with a sink. There are mobile cooking facilities; an electtrical hob, which you can use on the balcony, an electrical cooking pot, rice cooker, air fryer, juice maker, sandwich maker, toaster, microwave and electrical kettle. - All new and tucked away in the small cubpoard in the kitchenette ready to be used. Plates, cutlery and other cooking tools also available. TV. small sofa good wardrobe small dining table etc... nice balcony.comfy bed. The apartment has everything you need for comfy living from electrical adaptors, washing powder, first Aid kit, even cotton buds. Now althogh the owner says there is no breakfast, she means coocked breakfast. What she does at least if you stay there for more than three days is leave lots of packets of noodles, rice porridge, rice, soup, jam, bread, condiments, and bottled water for your stay. So you can't really go hungry in this place. She also would leave me some delicious fruit every time she came to clean. For those who stay for more nights the owner provides two bottles of suger-free grape juice. The area is one of the interesting areas of Bkk. There is a motorcyle taxi stand outside the building athough you can get to Hua Mahk road by foot. There are a few cafes there. Easy to order a taxi as well, which will pick you up from the building. The area is close to Mall Bangampi, and Ramkaheng market. A bit further is Hua Mahk with lots of its eateries. Lots of 7/11 in the area, and locally own food outlets. This is a very nice and conveniant apartment stay in.

We arrived at Don Mueang domestic airport in Bangkok we had so much trouble with finding a taxi to take us to the apartment. That we had to contact the owner of the property who gave us the location so we could send this to the taxi driver. The owner of the property was waiting for us at the apartment he came downstairs when we arrived and helped us with our suitcases into the apartment and showed us how to use the card key to get us into the lift and into the apartment it was so late in the evening when we finally got to the apartment the guy was very nice and so helpful. The apartment was very clean and modern the WiFi worked very well. We had a place to put our suitcases and there was plenty of storage space for us to hang our clothes. The apartment was small but very cosy and the area is very quiet and the shop seven to eleven is only a fifteen minute walk. There’s a bus that takes you to the city centre it’s like 30 or 40mins where you can walk around the shopping malls and have a bite to eat or soak in some of the tourist attractions.

The condo is complete with everything that you need for basic living. The great help was washing machine that i really need as we stay there for 5 days come with detergent also. Small little things that i appreciate. There are 7 eleven also next to the building. Around 2km from ramkhamhaeng night market which full of Halal food. Great host, as we arrived earlier that check in time, but the host let us leave our luggage first.
