Location was great, the appartment was located in a condo with a beautifull beach to see the sunrise. There are lots of facilities around the appartment as restaurants, supermarket, services, etc.

Perfect location for this condo, walking distance to Poipu Beach and several restaurants in the area. Beach towels are provided at the beach hut of the condo, and there is a convenient laundry facility for the guests. The balcony is great to enjoy the sea breeze in the evenings, with an unobstructed view on the gardens. Last but not least, the hosts have been very welcoming with a special gift at our arrival, and very easy to communicate with through emails/messages. Strongly recommended !

The two bedroom condo was spacious. It would be very comfortable for a family or for two couples. There is enough privacy in the layout for two couples to really enjoy the space. I would describe the facilities as very nice, but not in the luxury category. I rate the value as extremely high due to the size and well thought out layout of the unit and the quality of the space and the furnishing. Of the complaints I read about in the reviews: yup, the ac unit in the kitchen/dining area leaked, but only a couple table spoons a day. I probably dribbled more water on the floor. And yup, there is no elevator, but the stair steps are about 3” high, and I was able to pull my large roll-aboard up to the third floor with relative ease. Loved the hot tub in the evening and the fact that it’s open after dark.

This condo (#314) had everything we needed; beach gear was particularly beneficial, although the zipper of a lunch bag didn’t close properly. We could cook most meals using the seasonings left by the previous guests. I only needed to buy some salt myself. There was a can of oil far past its expiration date and oxidized. I considered throwing it out, but since it was a spray can, I left it as it was. I think it should be appropriately disposed of. The terrace had a fantastic atmosphere—we enjoyed breakfast and dinner while looking out at the sea. The room was perfect for a couple: spacious, clean, and easy to use. I highly recommend it.
