We were welcomed by the owner, who generously offered some tips for visiting Zadar. Super comfortable and enjoyable apartment made our visit even more memorable.

يوفر مكان إقامة "Spacious Condo 2-Bedroom Apartment Raat" واي فاي مجاني وإطلالة على المدينة، ويقع في كافتات على بُعد 600 م فقط من ممشى كافتات. What not to like....the apartment was fabulous. New, all mod cons, wonderful views and only 2mins from the centre. Highly recommend.

Everything you could think of needing during your stay was there. The view from the apartement was absolutely amazing. The terrace was very big, with the lounge furniture we could enjoy our evenings perfectly. The pictures of the apartement match the real apartement, the apartement was even better than the pictures! We were pleasantly suprised! The manager was always very quick with answering all of our questions. There was very good contact. Opatija suprised us: a lot to do, beautiful city and sight seeings. From the apartement it is a 5 minute walk to the coast. The promenade was amazing to walk on. Supermarkets are also near by. We would recommend this apartement to every one: big groups, family's with kids, or even smaller family's. Every bedroom has it's own privacy and space.

The apartment is newly built and the furniture is also new. The kitchen and the appliances are also new and good brands. It is a non smoking apartment thus the air conditioners function perfectly. The entrance door and the elevator are electronic so no classic key is to be carried over. Everything is clean and fresh. I was there with my family and it is ok. In my view exception is the generalization that the appartment can be used by four or five people. For extra charge of 7 euro per night parking was secured for my vehicle in the basement.

The apartments are located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town (about 1.5–1.9 km), but this creates a pleasant tranquility while remaining close to the beach and the center. Fantastic place with a really breathtaking view. The apartment was located in a very quiet part of the city, yet with easy access to the beach, supermarkets and other places of interest. The host was super friendly and accommodating. The apartment has everything what one may need for a relaxed and pleasant stay. By all means, highly recommending this place.

Cozy, comfortable clean, beautiful, assembled and decorated with care and artistic taste. We were amazed by the details, the personal touches, and the cleanliness. It is even better than in the photos. In the heart of the city center, affordable parking just behind the gas station nearby, 3 min walk. The apartment is on the top floor, with beautiful rooftop and sea views. I wish we could stay longer in this wonderful home. Highly recommended for visitors with high expectations. Thank you, Daniela!
