The staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. They are available for anything you need. Antonella is more than great! She gave us multiple recommendations in terms of visits, where to rent scooters and ATV; and coordinated transportation for us to/froma irport and Chichen Itza(very last minute - thank you!). The apartments are beautiful, and equipped with all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance as well as small stores for shopping and grocery stores. We rented ATVs and were able to see a lot of Tulum. Would definitely come again. Thank you for everything!

I had booked the appartement with private terrace and private pool (+one balcony over the jungle). Very big size pool for a private roof top pool. The appartement is huge and fully equipped in every room (maybe a TV could be hanged in the bedroom, if I'm being picky) The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with eggs on demand and full buffet with all home made fresh products. Gym is good size and fully equipped for daily training while on holiday. The location of the hotel is just around the corner of a main street in La Veleta with full range of restaurants and shops/beauty places.

Tulsayab is a luxury condo development located in Tankah Bay, Tulum. Offers 6 independent beachfront apartments with private beach and outdoor pool. Tulsayab is a beautiful, quiet, condo complex nestled between the calm turquoise waters of Tankah Bay and the jungle. The penthouse was very clean and had fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and basics like water, coffee, tea, and olive oil. The views from the penthouse are epic and we spent morning drinking our coffee and evenings watching the sunset from up there. The pool area is lovely with lots of trees and wildlife. There are plenty of loungers and hammocks to relax in. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The water is clam, shallow, and clear; it’s perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and swimming. There is coral along the beach and in the water so water shoes are a must. With water shoes we walked for miles in both directions and found lots of fun places to swim. Tankah Bay has about four or five small restaurants (a bit expensive but good) and Casa Cenote with a resident crocodile to visit. I recommend renting a car for picking up groceries in Tulum, exploring the area, and driving to the restaurants at night. The road isn’t as bad as other reviews say it is and a regular car is all that is needed.

She was always available, incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. Her care and support made me feel safe and completely at ease — that kind of hospitality is rare and so valuable. The location is another great advantage — everything is close by, yet the area is peaceful and quiet. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. And the best part — the price was surprisingly affordable. For such a high level of comfort and service, it was a fantastic value. I received far more than I expected. We normally went out to know puerto morelos downtown, akumal, playa del carmen and many cenotes, at the end of the day we arrive to swimm.

Location was fantastic, just a half block off 5th Avenue, close to shopping, restaurants and Mamitas beach. The building was very secure and always being cleaned. Rooftop had a great view and good seating. While close to the action on 5th, it was quiet for sleeping.
