The keyless entry feature was a great addition, making check-in and check-out hassle-free, and we didn’t have to worry about carrying keys. Despite the water disruptions in the Tanjung Aru area (which were beyond their control), the management went the extra mile by providing bottled water for us, which was greatly appreciated.

The house is big and has three bathrooms, which is a plus for large family. We really like the large balcony and the facilities. House is also squeaky clean. Highly recommend

The host, Tiffany, was very friendly and helpful, and she accommodated an early check-in; she also received us and showed us around the property. All was as advertised, the apartment is quite big and has all facilities in place, the beds were comfy, the livingroom spacious, and the kitchen had all utensils needed. The place also has a washing machine, which is in pretty good condition. The apartment was walking-distance from restaurants, and we found quite good places to eat. Finally the apartment's pool was big and quite spacious for a proper swim, and besides it, there was a gym for use.
