Efleda is a highly friendly and guest focused host, very easy to contact and she will answer all your questions. The apartment is în very good shape, everything works very well and a morning coffee în the balcony is more than a good idea. The airport is 5 minutes by car and for backpackers or travelers on a lower budget there are also local transportation 10 minutes by car away (save savemore stop). There you will find also the closest bigger supermarket and atms and other budget friendly delights. Laundry and a Filipino restaurant are at the ground floor. I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!

First and foremost the Host is very kind. Anything that you will ask her, she will gave answers promptly. Second, the place is very clean. You can consider this place as a second home since it’s very comfortable to stay. The guards and the receptionists they were also very kind, they’re always willing to assist you every time your asking around the area. I am traveling with my two kids and they’re also comfortable in this place. We are very Happy. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful place.
