The host was very accommodating to us. There was a blackout all over iloilo but good thing they have a generator so we were able to use the wifi. They were kind enough to buy a new fan and brought it to us since we could not use the air conditioning.

The unit was in a great location, and being on the ground floor was actually so convenient, no waiting for elevators and the pool was just steps away. The place was comfortable with great amenities, but the best part was the karaoke. That definitely made our stay extra fun!

First time renting a condo unit. I usually rent hotels when I go back home to Iloilo. It did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and very convenient since it is near SM city Iloilo. The proximity of 24/7 restaurants also make food deliveries fast, even in the wee hours of the morning. The owner is also responsive and answers questions promptly. Will choose this property again when I go home. Hopefully it is available by then 🤞.

We had a fantastic time staying at this condo during our vacation! We stayed here twice, first for 2 nights then we went to Cebu and Boracay for almost a couple weeks, after that we were so excited to come back and spend the remaining 7 nights of our vacation in this condo. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The condo itself was spotless, and the cleanliness was top-notch. It made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. One of the highlights for us was the view from the balcony — simply amazing, and we loved having our morning coffee while taking it all in. Customer service was excellent. The owner was very responsive and quick to address any queries or concerns we had, which made the entire experience even better. We were also fond of the unique little touches, like the "Alexa" system in the condo. It was so fun to use her to open and close the curtains with just a command! Small details like that really added to the experience. Oh, and the toilet — it was like something straight out of Japan, with advanced features that made it super comfortable and a fun surprise! Overall, this condo was a great choice for our trip, and we’d definitely book again the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

This place was incredibly clean and equipped with the amenities to stay comfortably. I liked how it was peaceful and quiet and there was absolute privacy. I didn’t have a problem during our stay.

Situated only 2.7 km from Smallville Complex in Iloilo City, Executive Condo unit @ the Palladium features accommodation fitted with a balcony, garden and outdoor pool. I like the fact that the condo was i new. It never been used before. seem to be the first couple there.It was missing a lot of shelves, mirrors and material. Thing like stuff. Never really got internet connection but other than that it was a great place to live
