Offering mountain views, Spacious 2 Bedroom condo unit for rent is an accommodation set in Iloilo City, less than 1 km from Smallville Complex and a 17-minute walk from Molo Church. Host was very accommodating. Loved the comfort, cleanliness, and details of the unit. My family definitely enjoyed our stay. Will probably book this unit again soon!

The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Everything was spotless, like new, and full of thoughtful details. A perfect space for a couple and ideal for getting work done. The internet and desk worked flawlessly. They were also very attentive to anything we might need.

Stayed here for a night and honestly, it was a pretty great spot. The room was clean and comfy, with everything I needed. Location was perfect—close to 7/11 and places to eat like Molo Plaza & Atria, so I didn’t have to go far for anything. It was also nice and quiet at night, which made it easy to relax.
