Cotswold Coombe Cottage ligger ca. 28 km fra Bristol Parkway Station. Her er gårdhave, kedel og udsigt til en have. This lovely cottage has everything you can ask for and even more! Arwen and Russ are the most considerate hosts - you’re greeted by a hamper with delicious local products, there’s milk and butter in the fridge and they even provide bread, jam, eggs and cereals, so you don’t have to worry about your breakfasts at all. Arwen was very helpful describing how to find the cottage if you arrive by public transport and answered all my questions immediately. The little garden behind the cottage has a lovely view and is a great place for breakfast or tea on a warm day. Since the cottage has three floors and the en suite is on the top floor, having a separate outside bathroom on the bottom (kitchen/garden) level was a very pleasant surprise. There are lots of nice walks around Wotton-under-Edge, several of which are described in the folder with informations about the cottage and the town. There are even hiking maps that you can take with you on a hike. I’ll definitely be back!

Characterful 2 bed cottage, quiet village setting ligger i Ashleworth, kun 10 km fra Kingsholm Stadium. Her er en have, en restaurant og en pengeautomat. The cottage is beautiful - it's a heritage listed building that has been thoughtfully renovated. It's much larger than I expected - 2 double bedrooms with heaps of space around the beds; an upstairs toilet AND two bathrooms downstairs ; as well as a large kitchen, laundry area, lounge room and dining room. In addition, there was a ready-to-go hot tub in the back yard. What more could you want??? There was space to park the car in front of the cottage and of the road. The village was extremely quiet during the night too. All in all, this is a fabulous place for a holiday for two couples or a family.
