We were greeted by the host who was very friendly and made us feel most welcome. The house is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. And Kitten, the resident cat, was an added bonus! There were many extra touches too such as fresh flowers in the bedrooms and bathroom.

The house is beautiful, well taken care of and very welcoming, we felt at home there. We loved the layout and having so much space for our family. The garage was a huge plus! Another big plus is the location! Steps away from the amazing and huge playground/water park, access to the beach and the indoor/outdoor pool. Our kids had some much fun going there everyday. Location is also very close to shops and grocery stores (5 mins driving distance). Brett and Kim are fabulous hosts, they were able to answer our questions and are very responsive/helpful. We look forward to staying at Kawaroa Retreat when we visit New Plymouth in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay Brett and Kim.

Very comfortable and affordable just how we like it. The bathrooms were spacious and the bathtubs definitely a bonus, close to the takeaways and grocery shop as well, kids reckon they've never stayed in such a flash house 🙂 overall our experience was amazing Thanku A+
