Location is good - quiet yet still very close to Nelson. Private, scenic. Cabins are small but cozy. Kitchen small but cozy, fairly well stocked.

The location is great and the cabin is cosy. We didn't need anything from our host, but he checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. There is no AC, but due to the shaded tree coverage, we stayed cool and never needed the fan provided. Temperature was in the high 20 to low 30 Celsius range. The creek was beautiful.
Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies and seasoning.
We loved it enough that we want to go back next year at some point.

The cabin was spotless and it had all the comforts of home. It was very cozy and was tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and the cupboards were well organized. The wood stove added to the homey ambience and it was handy that it was connected to the thermostat.
