All staff spoke really good englisg and were able to arrange us transfers when arriving and leaving the city. The room itself was very spacious and clean. No complaints.

I’ve never stayed in more beautiful, authentic and affordable place. The staff was amazing, warm and helpful people. The rooms were perfect with everything you need. The building is an authentic ancient chinese house and it makes you go back in time.

Everything. The beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Simply drinking a cold beer and nice coffee in the garden, I can easily spend whole days there looking at the beautiful landscape. They organize a lot of nice things for their guests. There's a proper pizza oven too.

I would give this a 1000/10 rating if I could. I have been to many countries and this is the best/favourite accommodation I've ever booked for any holiday. The villa rooms were incredible - amazing view, perfect air-conditioning, spacious beyond belief, tastefully aesthetic. The nicer rooms with the river view are east-facing, perfect for watching the sunrise. There is a tea room and open area on the top floor which I used to host local friends, also having a great view of the river. We also managed to catch the dying embers of the sunset. There is a nice common area on the fourth floor with a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, and a large dining table as well. The host is super accommodating and helpful, offering 24-hour support over WeChat. Whenever I reached out for help for accidentally locked doors or to make minor changes to our booking, he always responded quickly.

The hotel is very close to the park of Guilin Romance Show, if you plan to watch the show, it's so convenient. I brought my puppy with me, and my puppy seemed to enjoy his holiday in this hotel.
