Socheata was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free, enjoyable stay! Her house was fantastic; it was spacious, relaxing, and well-equipped. We loved that the beach was right in front of the property. Alejandro, the host, was super kind. Communication was quick and he helped us with everything that we needed. He made our stay (2 adults, one 5 year old and a baby) very comfortable. Parking is right on the property. If you are interested in fishing, the beach is amazing to catch some nice fish: there are roosters, jacks, trigger fish, blue runners, mangrove snapper and more... Locals there know how it's done and fish there daily. They are kind and can help you out. If there are plenty of sardines in the water, safe your time with artificial lures. Get some sardines and fish on the bottom. You won't wait long for a bite ;)

Large modern house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fantastic setting with green flowery gardens, a small lovely pool and tennis and pickleball courts which we rented a few times. In total around 15 houses in the condominium. We stayed there for around a week and really enjoyed it. We had a car which made it easy to move around, but note that Nosara center and restaurants and beach is quite far away. Our neighbors however said they got around easily with a tuk-tuk and we saw several golf carts rentals. The house we got was reasonably well equipped, but towels were quite old and some plates were missing. Houses are built in around 2017 and in OK quality (not US/European quality). Management is super friendly and helpful, but a little laissez faire; around 10 spots/light bulps were not working, pool was not cleaning daily during windy days and full of leaves, etc. We would come back should we ever return to Nosara (and had an own vehicle).

We rolled back into Playa Negra, but dropping $100+ a night at other spots? No way. This bus is the dream if you're into that chill camping vibe! Super convenient, well-equipped, and comes with a little private terrace—just an all-around fun place to crash. Plus, the host family is awesome and made us feel right at home. We had such a good time, we even stayed an extra night! 🤙🚐🌊
